Founded in 2022, Integrated Core Solutions Ltd (iCS) is a software and technology company. We specialise in providing solutions for the integrated management of buildings and estates. Integrating systems such as Fire, BMS, CCTV, Security and Access Control and more.
Based in the UK, our team of highly skilled professionals have many years of experience in developing and delivering solutions to major clients across a range of sectors including commercial buildings, retail, transportation, education, government, data centres and healthcare.
We also provide a wide range of services to help our clients with their projects. These services include consultancy, system design, solution development, project delivery, on-going project works and support and preventative maintenance options.
Our aim is to deliver solutions that will improve productivity and operational efficiency, decision making, provide cost savings, improve health and wellbeing, and help the environment.
iCS can provide solutions for a wide range of application domains. Some of which are described below.
The fire and safety management solution integrates fire and life safety systems into a common platform for centralised monitoring and control. It provides a logical representation of fire system components, panels, loops, detectors and zones and updates their status based on real time information. Building zones can be configured for situations where the building has multiple tenants each with their own fire panel along with a configurable fire strategy for alert and evacuate scenarios.
The user interface provides a graphical representation of the site and the fire system components and their status. Colour coded status overlays provide a visual indication as to the location of any problem. An authorised user can initiate control functions such as panel reset, evacuate and silence, and device or zone isolate and enable.
The user interface also provides an alarm list. High priority alarms have response plans with a set of user actions that must be completed based upon standard operating procedure. Response plans can be used to trigger automatic actions such as fire panel alert or evacuate or actions such as unlocking doors or automated messaging.
All data received from the fire and safety systems as well as user actions is logged to a time series database. This data can be used for analysis and reporting purposes.
The building and energy management solution integrates building systems such as air conditioning, heating, ventilation, lighting, air quality sensors and metering, into a common platform for centralised monitoring and control. The solution provides a logical representation of these systems and updates their status based upon real time information.
The user interface provides a graphical representation of the building equipment and data points and provides a visual indication as to the location of any problem. An authorised user can initiate override functions such adjusting setpoints, turning on or off equipment, overriding on/off schedules.
The alarm list displays alarms such as equipment fault conditions, high energy usage or poor air quality. Response plans can be used to trigger automatic actions such as generating maintenance work orders or sending automated messages to the maintenance department.
All data received from the building systems as well as user actions is logged to a time series database. This data can be used for analysis and reporting purposes on building operation and performance.
The security solution integrates all types of security systems and devices into a common platform for centralised monitoring and control. It provides a logical representation of access control and security systems and associated devices such as card readers, door release controls, PIRs, contacts and break-glasses. Security areas can be configured to represent logical grouping of devices.
The user interface provides a graphical representation the security system components and their status and provides a visual indication as to the location of any problem. An authorised user can initiate control functions such as setting or unsetting security areas, resetting alarm conditions, and other actions such as granting authorised entry or exit from secure areas. Cameras can be selected into physical or virtual on-screen monitors to display live or to review recorded video images.
The alarm list displays security alarms and response plans. Response plans can be used to trigger automatic actions such as turning on emergency lighting, locking doors, and selecting nearby CCTV cameras into display monitors.
All data and images received from the security systems as well as user actions is logged to a time series database. This data can be used for analysis and reporting purposes.

It is with deep regret to announce the passing of Loak Ram, one of our valued team member.
Loak was always ready with a helping hand, a kind word, and a beaming smile. Always putting the needs of others before his own. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of working with him.
Loak was a true professional and an asset to our company, and pretty much anything he would take his hand too. Throughout the years, Loak quickly rose through the ranks and became one of our top engineers, managers, and company directors. He was an excellent leader and motivator, always leading by example.
Loak, your presence brought joy to all who had the privilege of knowing you. You will be deeply missed. Rest in peace.
